Responsible：
•Responsible for the full lifecycle of project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and Deployment
•Execute the project based on company and CMMI quality process guidelines
•TL will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction
Key Requirements：
•Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major.
•CET4 above
•2 years of experience in J2EE platform (PL should be above 5 years) is a must
•The ability to quickly learn and gain an in-depth understanding of the Domain and the associated processes
•Good Communication Skills both in written and spoken, ability to communicate with international customer directly would be a plus
•Good team player
