岗位职责：
Responsible for competitive analysis and strategy design of the company products and solutions on global accounts.
（1）Plan, manage and coordinate the competitive analysis activities of the company's regional marketing divisions
（2）Integrate the outputs of regional marketing teams, re-analyse and design the market/segment oriented competitive strategy against the company's major competitors
（3）Conduct the knowledge management of competitive analysis, share with and train related divisions of the company
（4）Lead or participate in specific global marketing project where strategic-level competition is involved
候选人条件：
（1）A minimum of 8+ years direct experience in the telecommunications industry, especially the proved work experience in competitive strategy planning. BS required with degrees in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or Economics, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
（2）Broad knowledge in the telecommunications technology and Information Technology, with special emphasis on at least one of following: Fixed line (Broadband/FTTH, NGN,IPTV), Wireless line (UMTS, CDMA, GSM) , Applications and BSS/OSS. And in-depth understanding of the industry evolution,trends and service transformation.
（3）Solid understanding of telecom market operations and business issues. Strategic planning and marketing experience with world class telecommunications vendors/service providers preferred.
（4）Experience in consulting for the telecommunications industry also welcomed.
（5）Highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic. Ability to articulate strategically and a great negotiator.
