Services has entered the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space with an aspiration to become a leader in this market in the very near future. BPO is one
of the key strategic initiatives identified within Services. A customer facing Solution Center has been established to strengthen the ability to grow the
strategic outsourcing business and provide industry leading process services and solutions to our customers. A Global IT is being established staffed by
subject matter experts in Platform Technologies, Solution Architects, Designers, Project Managers and Deployment Manager based initially in the Americas and
India.
Job Description:
Manage the planning and deployment of IT requirements for BPO Trade customer Operations and coordinate IT resources required to support IT initiatives
impacting the organization. Partner with other technical organizations to ensure the successful design, procurement and commissioning of infrastructure
projects. Manage Support for solutions hosted by BPDO.
Qualifications
Education:
BE/MCA/ P.G. or equivalent.
Experience and Knowledge:
Minimum 06 to 08 years as an IT professional or consultant with experience in IT deployment, network, hardware, application and IT services
Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, applications and service delivery
Ability to operate and interact very effectively with a global team. Strong written and verbal communication skills required to interact effectively with
technical as well as non-technical resources.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels
Experience in working in complex projects with global customers, refined "soft" skills and Presentation Skills
Experience in working with partners and suppliers in project delivery
Project management, Client relationship & consulting engagement skills.
Conceptual skills: able to perform in-depth systems analysis, recognizes problems, opportunities or underlying patterns and relationships. Ability to analyze
requirements and translate them into priorities and action plans.
Team player, good partnering capabilities
Leadership skills
Independence and ownership: Work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others. Take ownership for actions, seek feedback and take direction.
Ability to perform well in complex distributed organizations
Some knowledge of Finance and Admin business processes and applications is desired
Desired project management certifications (PMI etc.)
Knowledge of BPO operations is a plus

Qualifications
Bachelors or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Masters or graduate degree is desirable.
Understand Intranet and Internet technologies: http, firewall, Java, C++, HTML/DHTML, xml, middleware, etc.
E-commerce or web product prior engineering experience required.
Have good knowledge of software development processes and methods
Must possess a minimum of 3+ years experience in C++ and Java development necessary.
Must possess a very strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
Excellent team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Software development of applications and Internet applications
