1. Develop quality system in China Service organization
2. Conduct audit schedule for entities in the organization and make sure it is completed on time.
3. Plan and execute audit schedule, follow up on the completion of corrective actions, verify their effectiveness, and escalate to higher management on unresolved issues where needed.
4. Identify systemic issues in the entities and work with the entity managers to develop corrective and preventive action plan.
5. Escalate to the AP Quality Team on potential issues that represent significant risks to the business and to the customers.
6. Facilitated developing and implementation for continuous improvement and preventions plans in each entities.
7. Develop Response Flow Chart (RFC), Checklist, Procedure and System to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of China Service team process flow.
8. Interact with global and national manufacturing groups as well as China field teams timely and intensively.
9. Assist and involve in certain quality improvement and enhancement.
10. Fully conversant with the above International Standards and Policies and conduct necessary training and coaching to the entities where needed.

c) The company's entities (Regional service offices in China)

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Science & Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with 2 years at managerial level.
3. Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
4. Full-Time positions available.
5. Possess excellent communication (Oral and Written both in English and Chinese) and good presentation and interpersonal skills.
